Classes Description:

Cardio Drumming – Full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant drumming. Burn between 600-900 calories per hour while rocking out to your favorite music!

Kickboxing – Full body kickboxing class involving high reps of cardio and kickboxing workouts!

Zumba® – Active dance cardio class that will blow your mind! A great atmosphere with a great instructor to keep you moving!

Salsa – An aerobics form of Salsa dancing! If you like to dance while melting body fat, this is the class for you!

Yoga – All levels & Beginners This is a gentle class that combines yoga postures, breathing, and meditation. Gain balance and strength!

Tabata – A fusion of yoga and pilates, lots of cardio and body weight training! This class will take your breath away!

POP Pilates – An incredible fusion of ab-chiesling and total body defining moves choreographed to your favorite Top 40 Hits!

Butts & Guts – Exercises for abs and gluteus maximus are the primary goal plus additional work for muscle groups connected to these areas!

Body Sculpt – Build and sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories!

Karate – a Japanese martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counterattacking body movements.

SliverFit®/SilverSneakers® – Group exercise classes are designed to help seniors and older adults maintain balance and strength.

Open Spar – Get some aggression out by sparring with different individuals and getting a killer workout in!
